yeah...i finally did my first 'freeze' in my life. it wasn't difficult though. must learn more from azman. haha.
it seem it is very demanding ( from my expression) but i was laughing at that time.

haha...i dunno i ran that fast 1:02'13'' I was dying after the first 5 Km of the run. even stopped a few times to rest. stopping was not recommended by athletes, but i am not.
I am still proud of myself, ranking 106,412 out of 1,000,000 runners around the world. almost the top 10% globally. Haha :D
