FINALLY i DON NEED to work anymore!!!
after working my life out at PP, i went back to my last year's job at Fairmont Singapore @ Cafe Noel. Cafe Noel is just a name by which it will appear every Xmas.(lol) we sell log cakes, butcheries and pastries items. log cakes flavours- hazelnut crunch, chocolate crispy classic and the new flavour peach melba yube. for the butcheries-damn alot, from tom turkey to honey baked ham, roasted veal shank to lamb rack and roasted rosemary chicken to our Fairmont turkey...list goes on.

i am the runner, which means i run, to the pastries, main kitchen, hotline and all around the hotel to take items for rescue..
i am oso the delivery man.
21 to 22-DEC-2008Sunday to Mondaystayed overnight in Fairmont hotel cuz have to wake up early the next day to work. this continues till xmas. we 'koped' everything we can from the 'privated' store room for our use.


my fellow colleages...grabbing the things we need.
in the end it is shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush that we grabbed for. i took a whole carton of mineral water too..
i have no idea wad type of room i stayed in but the price for a normal room is ard $400++.



we've got balcony too. night and day view from my room.




bathed in the luxurious bathroom. wore the robe for the first time.



i shared the bed with my good friend cum colleage, Jun Jie for the first night.

stayed in the hotel again.
supper time: smoked gammon ham and rosemary roasted chicken. all from our booth. FREE!!

in all, i stayed in the hotel for 3 days 2 nights. WOOTS!!
24-DEC~eve of xmas~fucking busy.
fucking long queue for collection.
fucking Assistant-manager. (he's a gay)
the queue is 30-40 meters long. all the customers' face are all black. (dots..)
our stocks are ever-coming. just look at the pictures!
